Gracy designed this 200hr Yoga teacher training to help you become a certified Yoga teacher in just 21 days while you’re immersed in the beautiful volcano nature of Lajares in Fuerteventura. You’ll learn to embody the skills, confidence and presence of a confident Yoga teacher, and discover everything you need to inspire and guide others on their Yoga path.

I lived in India, Sri Lanka and Bali to teach and learn all about Yoga, spirituality and Bhuddism. As the Founder of Your Wild Yoga and Gracy’s I teached over 1000 classes of Yoga and sound Healing to my guests and students. I love Kirtan – Playing the harmonium and drums let my heart shine. Currently I become a spiritual life coach to assist my clients in a deeper, emotional and healing way.

 I was born in Barcelona and I currently live in the beautiful island of Fuerteventura where I live with my family surrounded by the elements of nature.

I am mother, holistic and spiritual woman, lover of the ocean and nature. The movement is my essence. I started to dance when I was four years old and I became a professional dancer. That is why Vinyasa Yoga is one of my favorite practices!

Yoga crossed my path at the age of twenty and helped me to overcome a health issue and since then yoga guided me to find my path and taught me a way of living in balance and harmony. Since then yoga became my philosophy of live and I started to live the life I always dreamed of.

I am passionate about yoga because this path showed me that everything I need is on me. Yoga changed my way to think, to eat, to love and to breath.

Over the last 12 years I attended several courses and teacher trainings (>1000h): NLP coach, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, SUP yoga, Tantra, Shakti yoga dance, mindfulness and meditation with international instructors around the world.

As a yoga teacher, I dedicate myself to the service of yoga, teaching and sharing this philosophy of life with you.

      The 400 m2 villa is built from natural materials such as wood, stone and glas and has six spacious guest rooms. All rooms are individually decorated and its interior is shipped from Bali. You will feel like in the 7. Yoga heaven! 

      There is a bright lounge area, indoor dining area, outdoor dining area and a huge garden with a long pool to relax and cool down. 

      You won’t miss anything in this vegan Yoga paradise.

        The Yoga shala was designed by Gracy itself and has a 360 degrees view. All walls be up or individually closed. The roof is waterproof and the construction is made of wood. Mother Earth is under your feet. 

        Te shala can hold space for up to 18 students. It’s located in the colorful garden next to the pool and you hear the breeze and birds in the palm trees. 

        This is „The Wild Yoga“ we are talking about.

          ​Kriya – Yogic cleansing techniques

          We will teach you different types of classical Kriyas (cleaning technsiques)both for beginners and advanced. The practice will be in the morning directly after waking up. After receiving all instructions you will be able to do it by yourself.

          Gracy and her guest teachers are highly experienced meditation teachers and teach various methods at the YWY Academy. Step by step you will go from concentration practices to deeper methods of meditation and will experience the effects of meditation during this course.

          With the daily morning asana practice the students strengthen the body and the mind, tone muscles and improve flexibility. In the daily afternoon asana lab we introduce you to various adjustment techniques of all the asanas practiced in the morning classes. The students will learn how to adjust beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners safely and learn how to protect the body with asana practice.

          Anatomy

          Discover the  miracle of human anatomy. 20 hours will be transmitted through an online course before the YTT starts. The qualified teacher explains the connection of Asanas and body functioning.

          These classes will be taught online and will be repeated and explained offline at the YTT.

          ​Non-dual Tantra introduces into perception of reality from the original aspect of Consciousness known as Shiva and the role of Shakti as the source of energy which manifests and operates in this world through different forms. Deeper understanding of these universal forces of the Nature leads to reveal of our inherent potential and consequentially to greater fulfillment in our life.

          Sound Healing

          The great power of sound

          Experience the healing  powers of different sounds and instruments. Learn about energies, frequencies and the usage of instruments in your Yoga classes. 

          Ceremonies

          Special highlights will be our ceremonies and workshops to learn more about yourself and to understand the connection of all beings. 

          Mantra Chanting / Evening Programme

          The students will be chanting various Vedic Mantras in the evenings. Alternatively, there will be ceremonies.

          Exams

          There will be a philosophy exam, anatomy/Ayurveda exam, and one practical exam at the end of the course. All exams must be passed in order to receive the certificate of 200 hours RYT Yoga Alliance.
