My vision is to connect you to your deepest roots, to awake your wildnis within – your spirit.  Step into your highest power.

I offer empowering Yoga classes and sound healings rooted in the power of breath and ancient ceremonies:  Vinyasa Flow, Empowerment Flow, Yin, Sound Healing, Sound meaditation,  Meditation, Bhakti Yoga, Mantra, Pranayama,  Conscious Connected Breathing, Rituals, Cacao Ceremonies, Coaching and Mindful workshops. 

My Yoga school is called Your Wild Yoga Academy. Here you learn to guide your students through their selves and through asanas with confidence and authenticity. You will become a Yoga teacher who infects the world with passion and empathy. 

You find me teaching in my Yoga Retreat Villa „Gracy’s“, where we have weekly empowering surf and Yoga retreats. Every Sunday you can join a live Yoga class. I announce it through my IG account. 

I offer breathwork sessions – online and offline. The breath tells you the truth. And this is what the world needs; truthfulness. 

I love Harmonium playing & singing, using all kind of sound healing instruments and do voice activation. I know how to guide a Kirtan and play all Kirtan instruments. Mantra is the rhythm that is flowing through my blood. 

I’m currently available for bookings in end of 2024.
